Where is the salon located?

The salon address is 20701 Nw 2nd ave , Miami Gardens 33169. The salon is located in the 441 plaza we are the first/last building on the corner right across from the bank .

Are extra people allowed?

No. Extra guests, including children or pets are not allowed in the salon.

What payments are accepted?


What do I do if I don't receive a confirmation email after booking?

All scheduled appointments receive a confirmation email once they book an appointment. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder for confirmation email. Before completing booking, please double check to make sure you are putting correct email on form.

What is the best contact time?

Our hours of operation are:

Tuesday - Fri 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Please be mindful that during operating times I am assisting clients and may not be available via phone call if that's the case please send a text messages and someone will get back to you asap.

Should you have any questions regarding your appointment, please feel free to write questions in the “Comment” section when booking and I will respond back to you as soon as I can.

I don't know what service I need!

If you are unsure of what service your hair needs, you are required to book a consultation. Consultations are available via in person or over the phone.

Is your service price the same as listing or your booking page?

All services prices are listed on my scheduling page however, prices may increase depending on length of hair, added services and texture of hair. Before starting service, I advise clients if they can expect a service price increase.

Are washes included in my service?

Yes .With most of our services hair washing is included to guarantee the upmost best results and health of your hair so we now include a wash with most services, For other services you'll have to add on a wash, first select the service you would like to get done. Under “Add to Your Appointment” scroll down and select “Wash & Blow Dry”.

Are removals included in my service?

No. If you would like your previous installment removed, you must add on the removal to your service. To add on a removal, first select the service you would like to get done. Under “Add to Your Appointment” scroll down and select “Add on Extension Removal w/Wash”.

How should I prepare for my service?

You must come freshly washed & detangled unless wash is included in your service or you add on a wash. Please do not put hair products on hair or you will be charged for a wash to remove products. Hair must be detangled, comb out, and out of previous style including braids, twist out etc. If your hair is tangled you will be charged an additional fee to detangle hair.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

The appointment confirmation email has a rescheduling link option should you need to reschedule. Please be aware that same day rescheduling is not allowed and your deposit will not be refunded. For same day cancellations, deposits are non-refundable or transferable. A courtesy of 24 hours is needed to reschedule the appointment.

Is parking available?

Yes. Self parking is available infront of the building of the salon. 

What's your late policy?

Clients are granted a 10 minute grace period before being considered late.

After the grace period a $25.00 late fee is added to service. Should clients call and advise they are running late, late policy is still applied if it is past the 10 minute grace period.After 30 minutes, client appointment is subject to cancellation and appointment is no longer valid. Confirmation text messages are sent out 24 hours before scheduled appointment with salon address and additional details.

What is your no-show policy?

No show appointments is subject to a service fee of 50% of their booking. Future appointments will not be allowed. Deposits are non-refundable or non-transferrable.

About our Luxury Hair Collection

Our Luxury Hair Collection extensions come in the following form: Loose Wave, Body Wave, Deep Wave, Straight, Afro Kinky and Afro Curly. All extensions come in a natural off black to medium brown shade. All hair that has been manufactured and stitched onto a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding.


However, Sewing through the wefts will cause the wefts to loosen, unravel, and shed excessively.  To keep wefts in good condition, we suggest sewing around the wefts.


In addition, we also suggest putting a drop of weft sealer adhesive on each end of the cut wefts to help prevent shedding. Refunds or Exchanges are NOT offered on hair extensions read our Refunds and Exchange policy for more information .

How to measure hair extensions

Your hair extensions should be measured to the end of the hair.

Start 0 at the weft and measure to the ends of the bundle. All curly & wavy hair extensions must be measured by pulling the hair straight. Again, start 0 at the weft; pull the hair straight from the ends, and the length will be at the tips of the hair. Each bundle will not measure exactly when it is still wrapped in its band, as tension can affect the fall of each strand.

All of our hair is single and double drawn meaning the hair is stitched onto the weft exactly how it grew off the individual's head, a single donor. Single drawn hair contains various lengths throughout the bundle. However, the overall length is determined by the longest hair strands.

Remy vs. Virgin Hair


 Virgin hair has full cuticles intact and it can achieve all colors when dying or bleaching it. Hair has never been dyed, colored, permed, or chemically processed. Virgin hair is expected to last approximately 1-2 years with proper hair care.



Remy hair has partial cuticles intact (approximately 80 percent) and can achieve light colors after dying or bleaching such as 27#. Hair texture is softer and silkier than virgin hair and is estimated to last 6 months-1 years with proper maintenance.
