Shipping policy

All products and extensions are shipped through USPS.com.

 

Please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing & shipping. During holidays and/or promotional sales please all 7-10 business days for processing & shipping. Tracking confirmations will be available via email once your package has shipped. All packages require signature for delivery. In some rare cases, packages are returned due to the customer labeling incorrect shipping information. For those cases, customers must repurchase shipping fees packaged to be reshipped to the correct address.
